Snacking on Chuna Wish

I really used to love tuna. Like eat it several times a week. Snack, lunch, dinner, middle of the night… It didn’t matter. And once I decided that stop eating animals, I thought it was a wrap for tuna salad as well… but then I discovered the power of the chick pea. Hence the name “chuna”… (Chickpea + tuna). You can mash it, season it, add veggies and eat it as if it were tuna. Now there is no fishy taste but I’m cool with that. It does the job. Eat it on a sandwich, in a wrap or with crackers. I even like to add some giardiniera to give it some spice. And its super easy to make!! I actually at it for lunch three days last week and am currently on chuna meal number three of this week. I’m chuna binging.

Always forget the mustard until the end. This adds a little tanginess to it. At this point, TASTE your food to determine if it needs it.
